A great evening was had at this year's Barn Dance which was enjoyed by approx 30 people. Our thanks go to Diana Ward for organising the venue, band and food. This was our second only dance and it proved to be as much fun for those that were able to come as the first. No lessons were required thanks to an excellent caller who led us through the many dance routines. Thanks to his cheerfulness and our willingness to get up and dance the evening passed very quickly with everybody participating. Perhaps the best accolade of all was the statement made by a local ' I wish we could have joined in '. I hope that a further dance will be organised for later in the year and perhaps a few new faces may brave the floor.
