LHEO Rounders 2010

On Thursday evening June 24th at the Barton Stacey sports field LHEO held its annual Rounders evening.

Two teams of 7 played two games in glorious sunshine. In a fairly competitive game we did get a clear winning team but it was great fun for all who participated.

The evening started with a quick reminder of the rules and then a practice Bat and Bowl for both teams. The games were fast and furious as well as loud thanks to much discussion over Half Rounder points. Some great shots were made as well as some well placed shots into open spaces. Some excellent catches were made as well as some good fielding in the Out Field.
