December 2008 - Alastair Hitchen audits our partners in Mexico

In response to the market trends towards spicy ethic food and tex-mex cuisine, Lionel Hitchen (EO) ltd decided to develop and improve its Mexican Chilli Pepper Extracts range. A part of this commitment, Alastair Hitchen and a team from Lionel Hitchen USA visited our business partner in Guadalajara and conducted a 3-day audit of their facilities.

The team also visited the new distillation unit owned by Lionel Hitchen Mexico and met its techincal team with the view to extend its production from Lime Oil Terpeneless to other concentrated citrus oils, such as Lemon Oil and Grapefruit Oil.
