"Hispex" Dispersed Herbs & Spices
The "Hispex" range are dispersed products providing the convenience of dry powders based on oleoresins / essential oils, and are equivalent in flavour strength to the ground herb or spice.
Salt is the most commonly used carrier. Alternatives are available such as dextrose, rusk and maltodextrin.
