Chipotle Chilli Oleoresin

Chipotle Chilli Oleoresin FN10785 is a 100% natural extract of Smoked Mexican Jalapeno Peppers. With its distinctive sweet smokey character and moderate heat, this increasingly popular ingredient will add an interesting nuance to soups, sauces and snack flavourings. Extremely versatile, Chipotle OR works particularly well in Tex-Mex and Indian blends.

Green Mandarin Oil 5-fold

A 100% ftnf concentrate produced by high-vacuum distillation, Green Mandarin Oil 5-fold FN13182 has a superb fresh peely profile which will add depth and complexity to beverage flavours. It is also perfect for use in other applications such as premium confectionery and savoury concepts.

Lemon Eureka

Lemon Eureka (FN10314) is a concentrated oil with the flavour and aroma of the juice of a freshly cut lemon. Perfect for use in beverage flavours at a recommended RTD dosage of around 50ppm.

Jalapeno Oleoresin & Jalapeno Extract

Jalapeno is one of the most popular Chilli peppers in use today. This moderately hot pepper has distinctive fresh green notes. Jalapeno oleoresin (FN11097) is perfect for use in savoury and snack applications. Jalapeno Extract (FE12701) has improved solubility and is excellent in beverage applications.
Try FE12701 at 50ppm in tomato juice.

Buffalo Spice

Buffalo Spice (FN12428) is an oleoresin made from the extraction of Tabasco Peppers. This spicy variety at 300,000-600,000 Scoville Heat units can add just the right kick to your project.
Try it in vodka. Make a 1% solution in ethanol and dose @ 0.05% in vodka

Supersoluble Basil

Supersoluble Basil (HD5437) is a fresh, earthy oleoresin made from the Egyptian Methyl Chavicol type Basil, that has been developed for beverage applications.
Try it in tomato juice. Make a 1% solution in ethanol and dose at 0.1% in tomato juice.
